If you have a problem with the app, please open your Cabbie’s Mate app, tap on ‘i’ info icon, tap on ’Report a problem’, describe the problem and tap on ‘Send’. The app will generate an email with all the information we need to analyse the problem and help you.
95% of problems can be resolved when you follow the instructions below. We shall be unable to help you further until you have first done the below, therefore please give it a try and then let us know if your problem has been resolved.
1. Delete the app;
2. RESTART your device; and then
3. Download the same subscription option you have already paid for from the App Store.
If you have a current subscription, you can never be charged twice as long as you use the same Apple ID you purchased the app with and download the same subscription option you have already paid for.
Please be aware that you MUST download the Cabbie’s Mate app and maps via a secure Wi-Fi connection at home and NOT via 3G/4G. You must also have a strong Wi-Fi signal and at least 2.5 GB of free space. Your device should either have 50% battery or be connected to a charger.
Please allow the app to ‘use your location’ and accept ‘push notifications’ when asked.
