If you have a problem with the app, please open your Cabbie’s Mate app, tap on ‘i’ info icon, tap on ’Report a problem’, describe the problem and tap on ‘Send’. The app will generate an email with all the information we need to analyse the problem and help you.
95% of problems can be resolved when you follow the instructions below. We will be unable to help you further until you have first done the below, therefore please give it a try and then let us know if your problem has been resolved.
1. Delete the app;
2. RESTART your device; and then
3. Download the same subscription option you have already paid for from the Google Play Store.
If you have a current subscription, you can never be charged twice as long as you use the same Google Play Store ID (email) you purchased the app with and download the same subscription option you have already paid for.
Please be aware that you MUST download the Cabbie’s Mate app and maps via a secure Wi-Fi connection at home and NOT via 3G/4G. You must also have a strong Wi-Fi signal and at least 2.5 GB of free space. Your device should either have 50% battery or be connected to a charger.
Please allow the app to ‘use your location’ and accept ‘push notifications’ when asked.

Your Android Cabbie's Mate A-Z app can only be installed on a maximum of two separate Android devices at any one time. If you wish to install on a different Android device (third device), you will need to reset the licenses.
If you perform a factory reset on your android devices, our software will assume that you are trying to license a third device because the device ID changes, therefore it will display a warning stating that the device cannot be licensed or will not list the maps after installing the app.
