Our Policy

Warranty: Our Navigation Master SafNav and A-Z+ comes with a one year warranty from the date of delivery.

Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your purchase order or return the purchased item to us within seven days of delivery to your address. You must make your request in writing and obtain an authorisation reference number from us. You can either e mail: admin@navigationmaster.com or fax us on 020 7153 1111. We must receive the returned item within ten days to our business address. The main packaging (box) and all contents must be returned un-damaged and in its original condition. The customer will have to pay for the cancelled items delivery charge to our address. We will only refund the purchase price paid, excluding return delivery and by the original purchase method.

Exchange: We will exchange any item which has a hardware fault within thirty days of delivery to your address. If there is a software problem we may either send you a preloaded CF or SD Card which will resolve the problem with your device or we may ask you to send the device back to us. If we send you a CF or SD Card you must return the faulty card back to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery, if not we will charge you for the cost of the card. If we ask you to send the device back via Royal Mail Special Delivery We will reimburse the incoming delivery charge.

Return: You can return a wrongly supplied purchased item to us according to our Cancellation policy.

Refund: We will refund the goods at the purchased price according to our Return and Cancellation policy. We will also refund the delivery charge.

Delivery: We will send you the package via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday should be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Friday should be delivered by Monday. All deliveries should be made within two to four working days. We can only deliver to the card holder’s address. A landline contact number is essential. If the external package is damaged please do not accept the delivery.

Repair: If there is a hardware problem with the product after the exchange period but before the end of the warranty period, please return the device via Royal Mail Special Delivery.  In this case we will reimburse delivery charges. We will do our best to return the device to you as soon as possible but please allow four to six weeks. If the device can not be repaired or will take longer than six weeks, we will replace the device with a new one.

Damaged Goods: If there is visible damage on the packaging, please do not accept delivery of the goods.  If you accept delivery and we deem the goods to have been damaged after delivery we reserve the right not to accept any liability for the goods and you will be charged for the repair and delivery of the product.

Privacy: We will not disclose information regarding your personal details, account or transactions to any third party unless we are legally bound to do so.
