Our Policy

Warranty

Our Navigation Master A-Z+ CABBIE'S MATE comes with a one year warranty from the date of delivery.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase order or return the purchased item to us within seven days of delivery to your address. You must make your request in writing and obtain an authorisation reference number from us. You must e mail: info@navigationmaster.com. We must receive the returned item within ten days to our business address. The main packaging (box) and all contents must be returned un-damaged and in its original condition. The customer will have to pay for the cancelled items delivery charge to our address. We will only refund the purchase price paid, excluding return delivery and by the original purchase method.

Please DO NOT break the tamper proof seal and DO NOT remove from its polythene package until you watch the user manual demo videos available on our website or read the user manual. The unit is fully charged and can be tested without removing it from its sealed package. Units with a broken seal cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our unit software falls within the cancellation exemption under s.13 (1)(d) of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Under this section the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation in respect of contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer.

Exchange

We will exchange any item which has a hardware fault within thirty days of delivery to your address. If there is a software problem we may either issue a download code, send you a preloaded SD Card which will resolve the problem with your device or we may ask you to send the device back to us. If we send you an SD Card you must return the faulty card back to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery, if not we will charge you for the cost of the card. If we ask you to send the device back via Royal Mail Special Delivery,we will reimburse the incoming delivery charge.

Return

You can return a wrongly supplied purchased item to us according to our Cancellation policy.

Refund

We will refund the goods at the purchased price according to our Return and Cancellation policy. We will also refund the delivery charge.

Delivery

We will send you the package via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday should be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Friday should be delivered by Monday. All deliveries should be made within two to four working days. We can only deliver to the card holder's address. A landline contact number is essential. If the external package is damaged please do not accept the delivery.

Repair

If there is a hardware problem with the product after the exchange period but before the end of the warranty period, please return the device via Royal Mail Special Delivery. In this case we will reimburse delivery charges. We will do our best to repair and return the device to you as soon as possible but please allow two weeks(except during the holiday season). If the device cannot be repaired or will take longer than six weeks, we will replace the device. Any warranty or non-warranty repairs MUST be collected strictly within three months. Any repaired devices which are not collected within three months will be recycled and no payment will be made to customers.

Damaged Goods

If there is visible damage on the packaging, please do not accept delivery of the goods. If you accept delivery and we deem the goods to have been damaged after delivery we reserve the right not to accept any liability for the goods and you will be charged for the repair and delivery of the product.

Maps and software disclaimer notes

Data of Navigation or A-Z electronic maps might be inconsistent with actual traffic signals due to transportation developments. Please follow traffic regulations and signs and drive according to the road situation.

Our data providers also issued a disclaimer that is contained in the 'end user agreement' which is displayed on start up. The disclaimer wording contains the following: 'whilst A-Z endeavours to keep its map and index databases complete, accurate and up-to-date, all such data is supplied by A-Z on an as is basis and A-Z makes no warranty, and has no responsibility to you to ensure, that the Data is complete and/or accurate and/or up-to-date... A-Z does not warrant that the Software or Data will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the Software will be corrected. You use the Software and Data at your own risk.'

Privacy

We will not disclose information regarding your personal details, account or transactions to any third party unless we are legally bound to do so.
